Abstract

Objective: to present the systematic review protocol that intends to identify actions that can be considered obstetric violence directed at Black Brazilians during pregnancy or the perinatal period. Methods: Systematic review protocol registered in PROSPERO (CRD420251175302). Databases consulted: Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Embase, Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS), PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science. Observational studies published between 2010 and 2025 were included, with information regarding actions that constitute obstetric violence, types of obstetric violence, aspects related to maternal health (death, miscarriage), and/or neonatal outcomes (prematurity, APGAR score, respiratory distress, and low birth weight). The methodological quality of the studies will be assessed using the RoBINS-E tool. The results will be organized and presented through their synthesis.
